Roger Clemens Ejected from Baseball Game... His Son's Baseball Game

This is just weird. Allegedly, Roger Clemens future hall-of-famer who has braved the New York Press, was thrown out of his son's little league game for unsportsmanlike conduct. According to this report, a 20-year-old umpire ejected Clemens after a missed tag that was called "out" against his son and the pro-baller spit a single sunflower seed at the umpire. Spectators interviewed indicated they did not observe the incident, and wonder whether the young umpire was just trying to make a name for himself.

I know parents are getting too involved with their kids sports games, and an umpire has to take a stand sometimes. But this seems ridiculous. The man appeared at the game and was signing autographs for fans, giving of himself. I wonder whether the umpire was really this sensitive to offense, or whether he was just jealous that someone else was becoming the center of attention at the game?
