Kerik at Homeland Security

The President is expected to announce Kerik to replace Tom Ridge. It seems like a good call. He helped Rudy clean up NY and he seems very popular among the Democrats as well as Republicans. Ridge hasn't done nearly as bad a job as some partisans are claiming, but Kerik seems like a good choice to take the department into a better future.
