Now Entering The Matrix

This story is a few days old, but it's good enough I wanted to introduce it to the Mod-Blog community. The BBC has up an article about controlling a computer using only your brain. They were only required to move a cursor on the screen, but this is a big start to understanding how brain waves work and what they mean. Two of the testers were partially paraylized. While I don't forsee being able to play video games using only your mind in the near future, this could be the start to good artificial limb replacements. Just make sure it is the person controlling the computer and not the other way around so that we don't have any Matrix or Spider Man 2 scenarios.
