News.com is reporting on a new online tool for the on-the-go user. If you can't afford Visio, or want to share your diagrams with the world, Gliffy may be the tool for you. It is trying to be the Flickr of diagramming, enabling cooperative work on diagrams as well as sharing of them on any website. It could be the beginning of something truly interesting!
