Instant Glacier?

This is a long video, but you get the idea in the first few seconds. One coast of Newfoundland, ice is forming spontaneously along the coast and pushing its way up onto land. The phenomenon is amazing. Reminds me of the instant snow I gave for Christmas presents this year.
