CNN is reporting a new strain of computer virii hitting business networks worldwide. The virus is attacking MSSQL servers running on Windows networks.
Who should be watchful: If you are running Windows on your machine on a corporate network. If you see something strange, alert your I/T department. This virus attacks anti-virus programs, so your standard protections may not be 100%.
Who should not be worried: Mac users, Linux users, or if you are running a personal Windows machine at home and do not have any database software involved.
