I think the 'new breeds' are a little like the emperors new clothes - sound great, but in reality there's nothing new. Somebody just wanted a way of making their mutt sound important - it's total crap.
My sister actually has a Labradoodle. It is a great mix and a happy dog. Not as demanding as her previous Lab, but just as sweet.
