What a great way to endear yourself to Red Sox Nation. Say that one of their greatest heros is a Yankees Fan. Martha Coakley did this on the radio show "Nightside with Dan Rea". Coakley is running for the Senate in Massachusetts.

Putting aside that I'm a Yankee fan...to throw something like that out on one of the Red Sox Nation's greatest recent heros is just a low blow. She's definitely reaching.
