Senator Harry Reid (the Senate Majority Leader) voted "No" yesterday when the roll was called to pass the Health Care Bill in the Senate. He quickly realized his mistake and corrected his vote to "Yes". This is the second time this has happened. In December, when voting on the original Health Care bill, he also voted "No" and had to change his vote to a "Yes". For a man who is in a tough re-election battle, the perception that you are not as sharp as you used to be is not helpful whether that perception is reality or not.

The cynic wonders whether he did this, so he can claim whichever vote is most useful when his campaign rolls around.
You mean he was against it before he was for it? ;-)
Funny Nick!!!
