Cat Stevens, Mistake or the Right Call?

There's been a bit of buzz around lately about the refusal to accept Yusaf Islam into America this past week. He claims he's a victim and so do the Arab talking heads. He says that he's done a lot for peace, and he has demonstrated against war. Of course, we remember his charming comments about killing Rushdie for speaking against, and therefore, disgracing the Qur'an. But I've been willing to take his counter-claim (that he was misinterpreted) at face value. So was it a mistake to not let him into the country? It's hard to say, but a couple of people have been pretty busy digging into it.

Michelle Malkin finds some interesting goods on Cat and she's not the only one. I wonder how long it will take before the media picks up on these links? They're so busy asking Tom Ridge what links Yusaf has to terror groups that apparently haven't had time to do the simple research that bloggers have done in a day. Those pesky pajama clad slacker bloggers!
