The Flying CarAbout a year ago, Kevin Smith posted a foul-mouthed discussion between the stars of Clerks on "the flying car" of the 1960s that never came to be. Well, now the New York Times has up an article on modern flying car designers. Apparently, some even feel like 9/11 may have set the stage for a new generation of flying cars for use in rescue work. Imagine how many might have been saved from the Towers, if you could have flown right up to the windows of the upper offices and let people just step out?
