I bumped into him in DC a few weeks back.
Also, if you listen to the TWIT podcast, Leo Laporte interviewed him last week.
There are those people for whom funny exudes out of them, Hodgman is one of them.
The TWiT interview was SO funny, it was almost not right to be listening to it during work.
