Intelligence Reform Now?

FoxNews is reporting that a deal has been reached on the Intelligence Reform Bill and it probably will be passd into lay before Christmas. If so, the effectiveness of the 9/11 Commission will have been proven and Bush will have his first major post-election victory. Not sure whether I am 100% happy with the bill - but I get the sense no one knows it well enough to comment intelligently. But maybe it is time to stir the pot, if only to better identify what needs to be taken out for the next recipe.
